My experience with Grandscene was the worst I've had. First, Corina did not note down right quantities nor the right specification. As soon as I booked, they kept loading me with one extra charge after another because they knew they could. I am continuing to pay unjustified and unsubstantiated extra charges right after my wedding as well. The concept of customer service only exists with the company up till the point of booking, after that the business is a money making scheme designed to capitalise on the emotions associated with your wedding.
