Everything about Hotel Chadstone was incredible, from the venue itself, to the location to the most wonderful staff - especially Priyanka and Laurent! They gave us such an unforgettable night and were so proactive in the lead up and on the day. Priyanka was exceptional to work with, she had such a positive and bubbly energy, excellent customer service and was able to ask and prompt me to consider things that hadnt crossed my mind which was incredibly helpful! Laurent was our go to on the night and I could'nt have asked for a better support to make sure the day ran smoothly, anything that went wrong (other suppliers) or things we had'nt thought of, Laurent did'nt bat an eye and jumped straight into action before I had time to worry. Priyanka, Laurent and the entire team at Hotel Chadstone let us have a truly magical day we will never forget. They were accommodating, supportive and genuinley cared for us and our guests. I would confidently recommend Hotel Chadstone as a venue for anyone looking for a modern, sleek, polished and easy wedding!!
