We had a small wedding of 90 people at Ploos on November, 2023. The room is spacious and beautiful, with the most amazing waterfront views of the Opera house and the Harbour Bridge. The building is pure history, original walls and beams dating to the 1800s which added an amazing touch to our lovely night. All the catering was just something exquisite, the presentation, creativity, the flavours, the portions, it was all there, and dessert was just the cherry on top of the cake. We had an incredible Greek Wine selection suggested by their Sommelier to pair perfectly with every course, besides delicious welcome cocktails and champagne. We encountered one of the friendliest and most professional staff, who helped provide a very smooth and excellent service throughout the whole planning process and the big night, we are so thankful. Total value for money, I highly recommend this venue for any type of event.
