Our wedding reception was one of the most special day of our lives and a big part of that is thanks to Saroj and his amazing team from KTM Event Management for making it memorable and fun. From the very beginning, Saroj dai treated us not just like clients but like younger siblings. He was always approachable, patient and genuinely wanted everything to be perfect for us. He kept us updated throughout the planning and whenever we had questions or last minute changes, he handled them without any stress or hesitation. On the day of the reception, we felt completely relaxed. Everything went so smoothly from the timing to the entrance, food coordination and music. Another thing we really appreciated was how well the event company coordinated with the catering team. Saroj dai and his team made sure the food service was timely, smooth and well-organised. Even small details like making sure the buffet opened at the right moment and the guests were comfortable were taken care of. It made a big difference in helping the evening run without stress. The photography team was arranged by the KTM Event Management itself and we’re so glad they handled it all in-house. From the very beginning, the team was organised approachable and easy to work with. They gently guided us on what to expect and helped us feel comfortable in front of the camera. Their calm approach made a big difference. They never rushed us and allowed enough time for couple shots and other photography session without disrupting the flow of the event. We are truly grateful to Saroj dai and his team for putting their heart into our special day. They made our big day beautiful and full of lovely memories.
