I have nothing but praise and gratitude for Rachel at Forest Flame. The flowers on our wedding day were pure magic. When I was initially looking for a florist for our wedding at Midginbil Hill, I emailed and called a bunch of florists. Not only did I not hear back from many of them but I felt like I was a nuisance to most. Rachel was the only one who contacted me back. The excitement and care in the way she spoke about flowers and how she wanted to make my vision become a reality, was comforting. I was a difficult bride to work with, as I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted but I knew I wanted a wildflower type look for both my bridesmaids and myself. I apologised to Rachel multiple times for being so indecisive but she was so accomodating and understanding the whole way through. Rachel's personality is so bubbly but professional which made our planning easy. She had such a wonderful attitude working towards our goal as a team the whole way through. On our wedding day, when Rachel walked in with our flowers, I couldn't believe how beautiful they were. They were whimsical and fairy-like, like I wanted! They were simply delightful. I couldn't have been more happy. I got so many compliments on the day from our guests but also some of the other venders. Thank you Rachel for showing that you cared and for still making me smile every time I look back at photos of my flowers. Couldn't recommend enough!
