We recently got married and had the pleasure of having The Fluffy Crumb create our wedding cake. Ideally, we would have loved to start the cake search a little earlier, but with so many other aspects of wedding planning to juggle, time got away from us. Despite this, Valentina was incredibly accommodating, responsive and made the whole process feel effortless. We shared a few inspiration photos and ideas with Valentina, but also encouraged her to have some fun and put her own creative spin on things. She came back with additional inspiration images to make sure we were still aligned with the overall vision, which gave us so much confidence in her approach. The cake tasting box is a wonderful showcase of Valentina’s range and signature flavours. We had such a lovely afternoon enjoying coffee and cake with our family, and I particularly appreciated the extra care she put into decorating each individual slice. It made the whole experience feel that little bit more special. After choosing our flavours (biscoff mud & vanilla berry+lemond curd 😍), we left the rest in Valentina’s very capable hands, and she absolutely delivered. The cake was a complete showstopper! At weddings, there are always a few things that guests remember and talk about, and our wedding cake was undoubtedly one of the highlights. We received so many compliments, and we couldn't have been happier with the result. We are so grateful to Valentina for bringing our vision to life and would wholeheartedly recommend The Fluffy Crumb to anyone looking for a beautiful, delicious and thoughtfully crafted cake.
