Anthea from The Hungry Hummingbird was so helpful and professional from start to finish. From engagement party to surprise wedding - Anthea was very understanding to make changes so that my day was perfect. She even delivered and set up the cake less than half an hour before the event started so she was the last to touch and set the cake to her standards and it was perfection and it tasted delicious!! We had carrot cake with cream cheese layers and a buttercream frosting semi naked topped with Australian natives. It was divine! We hired a cake stand from her and her staff were so lovely at her new store in Cairns North. We will be sure to pop in there for coffee and cake next time we are in Cairns!

The venue space was beautiful and had so much potential to decorate into your dream space. We kept ours simple with the high ceilings and windows looking out over the marina - you didnt need much else for a perfect backdrop!

I knew Gina was the perfect celebrant for our wedding from the moment we spoke on the phone. She was everything I imagined she would be. So professional, warm and infectious! From day one she did everything to make the wedding planning process easier on me as we lived remote from our wedding location so we had to do everything over the phone/computer so we appreciate her so much for her help! We couldn't have asked for a better celebrant!

We were lucky to have Rowena and her assistant join us on our suprise wedding day! She's a true professional from start to finish down to the little details of sending our photos on a usb that was in the shape of a heart. We still can't get enough of our beautiful photos and the surprise looks captured of family and friends that walked into our suprise wedding! We will definitely use Rowena again for our next special event that we'd like to capture.
