Writing this very genuinely with the hope that no other bride goes through what I did with Esther and Co. We had an issue with our dresses quite close to our wedding at the fault of Esther and Co. The customer "care" team showed anything but care. I really needed help and they were not contactable when I was in crisis mode. I had to buy all new bridesmaid dresses from another supplier 2 weeks out from my wedding after not having my issue resolved for 2 months. I am still fighting with Esther and Co to get a resolution. I cannot tell you how many times I have tried to contact them to speak to someone or have it escalated and not one person who works at Esther and Co cares about their customers. Not one. Easily the worst customer experience I have ever had.
