We had a roving entree, an alternate main and a dessert buffet that blew everyone away! All the food was beautiful and everyone had great comments. The dessert was the feature though...the buffet was amazing and so much variety. However we added a special touch and had two chocolate fountains (Charlie's Chocolate Fountains) and they were yummy and a major highlight!

Anne was lovely and very flexible. She created a ceremony based on our wishes and was very flexible with the changes we made. Everyone made lots of lovely comments about the ceremony saying that it was one of the most beautiful they had been to. She is a very professional and experienced.

I wanted to do all my flowers myself and was delighted that a florist let me buy the raw materials. Dennis helped me and gave me tips and I was able to do exactly what I wanted. Fantastic!

The room was included in the package...we were show a lower level ocean view room with a huge balcony. This is where we would have drinks and canapes with the bridal party. On the day we had a hiccup and were allocated a higher ocean view without the large balcony. We spoke to our wedding organiser and fortunately this was sorted before the reception and all was well on the day. Breakfast was awesome...in bed:) The view was great too!!

Very professional, played everything we liked and Josh (our DJ) was very sweet. They are very organised and you can be extremely specific in your selections or just give a general idea. This was also part of the Novotel package.

The end result was fantastic and a great venue (Gilbert's Room) with the terrace being a highlight. Food and service really great. The main issue was the resignation of our event organiser...we both tried to record everything that was verbal prior to her leaving but with the new organiser little things kept coming up. However she did a great job and we were delighted by a couple of lovely surprises that she had organised which we didn't think were possible. It made our day even more special:)
