We celebrated our Wedding with The Baths Sorrento in August 2023. Over the last 18 months the customer service, support and professionalism has been nothing short of amazing. We chose to have our Wedding in August and despite this being winter, we still had the option of having our ceremony indoors or outdoors. We were fortunate that on our day, the weather was perfect, but we had a last minute back up option available should it not have turned out as well as it did. Everything leading up to our big day I was in constant communication with their wedding coordinator - Alisha who has been a breeze to deal with, Alisha knew the finer details which meant on the day we didn't have to think about it. Alisha was responsive, knowledgable and nothing was too difficult and wanted to ensure our day was exactly as we wanted and planned! Thanks for answering even my most silly questions! On the night, the owner - James was available and was checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Our guests were very pleased with the service they received as the feedback we got was on how well they were looked after. Everyone complimented the food which was filling and very tasty and our guests overall experience was also fantastic which was important to us! One of the key reasons we also chose to celebrate our wedding day at The Baths was the option to have our pup join us in our celebrations, being a huge part of our lives meant it was important to my partner and I he was also with us on the day. The Baths were very accomodating of this request which made our day even more special. I cannot fault anything with the our wedding day, everything was absolutely perfect and we are very thankful to The Baths for everything they did, the regular and late night emails, the questions, the requests, hands down the best venue ever! Would highly recommend celebrating your wedding day with The Baths, rain, hail or shine, they are amazing and will make your day special!
