We were lucky enough to have Alison, our friend of 15 year as a celebrant at our wedding. She plays such a magic role as a Celebrant. She was so helpful in guiding us through the preparation stage, so constructive with suggestions but so flexible to fit in with our thoughts. On the day, she and her husband Mark were so instrumental in the set up, music and environment. The ceremony itself felt like a dream as she gently and firmly guided us through the required procedures like a kindly mother figure with calmness and quiet humour. She has a special presence that adds a certain majesty to the ceremony, and that, combined with her engaging personality, is a perfect combination. We couldn't recommend her highly enough as a Celebrant. But then we are biased! She's a special person.
