Very Happy with the dress and the arrival time however the customer service was lacking. They were just interested in making a sale. Their alteration costs were outrageous.

I was a bit worried about these girls as they are not the best at returning calls and wondered about their reliability however on the day they did a fantastic job on hair and makeup. Everything held in place and I felt beautiful and confident. They were also very good at keeping me calm on the day

On the day they were good however they were running late to the girls which meant I didnt get as many photos as I would have liked as they spent a long time with the groom. I would have preferred a few more different locations at the park rather than all the family photos with the same back drop. I have not received my wedding photos yet so not sure how they came out.
