From the very first moment, the service and communication were absolutely outstanding. They made everything feel easy, smooth and stress-free, which is exactly what you want when planning a wedding. We trusted them completely, and honestly, we could not have been happier with the result. The food quality was exceptional. I’m Spanish myself, so I can say this with total confidence: the paella was truly delicious, authentic and full of flavour — it genuinely reminded me of the kind of paella my grandmother used to make. That meant a lot to me, and it was so special to be able to share that with our guests on such an important day. We also hired them for the rest of the catering, including croquetas, eggplant and patatas bravas, and every single dish was amazing. Everything was beautifully prepared, full of flavour and enjoyed by everyone. The value for money was fantastic, the whole process was so easy, and all of our guests were incredibly happy with the food. We received so many compliments throughout the event. If you are looking for authentic Spanish catering for your wedding, I honestly couldn’t recommend The Spanish Paella more highly.
