Anna and the team were excellent from start to finish. My sister and I were both engaged at the same time, so we had the wonderful experience of trying on dresses together- Anna got our mum on video call so she could share part of it! I returned a week later and purchased a perfect Martina Liana bridal gown. I was getting married with reletively short notice, and the Bridal House team were very open about what was possible given my time frame. The minimal alterations were completed promptly and I felt absolutely wonderful on our big day. Thank you so much!

Emily was wonderful from start to finish! With an obvious sound industry knowledge, she answered all our questions and prompted those we never thought to ask. She was the perfect fit for our tiny garden ceremony, even ensured our livestream went without a hitch; and I'm sure with her knowledge and confidence she'd be just as at home leading a large ceremony! She was punctual, professional, smart, friendly and above all a lovely person who clearly loves what she does. Thank you Emily!
