Awful conduct and terrible quality alterations by Eternal Weddings and Marie. I found a beautiful dress for $2970. They originally quoted $3075 for basic alterations (later reduced to $1400 when my mum and I were about to walk out). See photos for the terrible quality of the alterations. The bustle broke and stitching came out on my wedding day. They also said they would press the dress complimentary - see the end results of that. I ended up having to pay $200 to have the dress pressed at Syndals Bridal Dry Cleaners. They refused to give an itemised receipt as required by law. Read the low-rating google reviews before going here. It is shocking and I would not wish this experience on any bride. It makes me so sad that Marie is OK with treating people in this way.
