Excellent knowledge from the ladies and huge selections at good prices. My dress was on rush delivery and it came 2 days before my wedding and got altered very quickly and was all complete for pick up the day before my wedding. The only comment I have is if they could have called me to give me a status update as to where my dress was the week before the wedding, as they told me they would give me a call to let me know when it has arrived. I called a few times in order for them to check it up - only after then that they started to give me a call and leave me messages about giving me status updates on my dress. I didn't need many calls, however even a voicemail the week before the wedding date was approaching would have been nice or to have had my calls returned.

AMAZING celebrant, attentive, professional yet warm and fuzzy at the same time when you meet her, just the way you'd like a celebrant for your special day to be! She takes the time to really get to know you better so she really personalised the ceremony for us. With such a calming and beautiful voice as well, we just simply loved her!!!

The owner and Kristie the coordinator for our wedding event was simply amazing. All our guests had positive comments about how nice the staff were. There were many different requests i made for my wedding and they were very professional and able to accommodate and act on them. My only comment is that their coordinators are there to help you with 'coordinating' your event for your wedding on the boat. We were told by another coordinator that they were our 'wedding planner' for the boat, which means I expected initiative and suggestions and management that a wedding planner would do 'on the boat'. None of that happened, and they had promised three times to have a document to me outlining the arrangements of our wedding and three times they didn't send it to us. Kristie the coordinator was SIMPLY AMAZING. SUPER professional, accommodating, on the ball, accommodated requests with SUPERFAST responses with solutions. She really made our day so special for us, and the managing director was also amazing, so professional and lovely to deal with whenever it came to our requests, i am so grateful to have had them and Kristie manage our wedding on the evening of our wedding, everything went very very well!! Efficient pack down and amazing service to guests!

Amazing service, excellent garments that came laundered and ironed (I've heard of stories where garments arrive all creased). Everything from shoes to garment to accessories were simply perfect and the staff especially AMIR was simply stellar!
