met anika at her work - her and stephanie came to us - with samples. a pleasure to deal with! flowers were delivered (no extra hidden charges) not only in a wonderful box, but all flowers names!!! except mine...lol highly recommend these guys again!

can i give them a higher mark??? when we were ordering, we had problems uploading the guest list, called them on friday pm...spoke to the IT dept - was spoken to like a human!! they called back - ON A STAURDAY! all good, problem was on their end....still happy to give a discount! paid...invites arrived 48 hours later! and on the plus sid - all the guests thought that they were awesome!!! highly recommend these guys!!!

hubby dealt with SARAH (she is awesome) from buying the e ring, to buying the wedder and everything in between. all staff at the GLEN WAVERLEY store are a pleasure to deal with! every other jewellers pressured hubby to buy a solitaire, they gave him other better suggesstions. a store i will still go to again and again and again - purely for service!
