Fantastic staff, food & venue - everyone told (& keep telling) us so! We had our ceremony, lunch, cocktail party & stayed 2 nights (in their suite). Huge & special thanks to Nikki & Coree. Great access for mobility impared guests. It was PERFECT to have everything in one place!

Julie helped make our day perfect. She put us at ease from the minute we met! Julie guided us with our ceremony structure & encouraged us to personalise it & make it ours which we did. It was a really happy ceremony. She was also wonderful with our parents.

Sian created a simple yet elegant wedding cake along with cup cakes for our day. It was delicious. She was very patient as our thoughts changed from our initial thoughts and really helped us work it out. We received so many compliments for the cake which was served for desert.

We had our wedding in the Hotel Richmond & decided to stay there for 2 nights too. The honeymoon suite was lovely on the 5th floor with a lovely view. The service was great. Continental breakfast was included as the kitchen opens for lunch and dinner only.

Beautiful invitations - Mark was great in helping us with our not so straight forward invitations! Some guests were invited to the ceremony & lunch only; others to the ceremony, lunch & cocktail party & another group to the cocktail reception only! Tricky but possible! Tip: Edit, edit & re-edit!
