Wonderful!! Carla is incredible. We felt so looked after on our wedding day and all the planning leading up to it. Carla is very experienced and knew how to guide us. She is funny and warm and charasmatic. A celebrant makes all the difference to your ceremony and how it flows and what is said and how any awkward moments are handled. Carla does it all with ease. We had four little children up at the alter with us and they all embraced her warm personality and listened to her words. I had my own requests for our reading and Carla took my words and read them beautifully. Along with being our celebrant, Carla was also our live music singer. She learned my bridal walk song, she danced and swayed and brought such an energy to her role. We hired Carla alongside Abbey at Lovesick Weddings (also on this site). And they were such a fabulous package together. Thank you Carla! We appreciate you!

Highly recommend Abbey and the team at Lovesick Weddings! From start to finish, we felt completely cared for. We were so fortunate to have beautiful Carla as our celebrant and the incredibly talented Jesse as our photographer — truly the dream team. From the moment I first reached out, the communication was exceptional. I felt supported and guided every step of the way, with thoughtful feedback and suggestions from both Abbey and Carla that made the planning process feel seamless. Nothing was ever too hard or too small — every detail mattered. Carla is not only an experienced celebrant but also such a warm and genuine personality. She also sung the live music for our ceremony and learned the exact song I wanted to walk down the aisle to.. Her guitarist, Adrian, was equally wonderful — professional, relaxed, and he played beautifully on the day. Jesse is a fabulous photographer. He made us feel very at ease on the day, he looked after our family and guests and guided us, but also asked us what we wanted out of the photos and creativity. We had hired a third-party Content Creator for videos and they worked alongside each other brilliantly. Carla and Abbey even recommended additional vendors when I needed help with other services. It was above 30 degrees on our day and their team still delivered and setup the furniture, then served guests drinks and packed it all away again at the end. Our day was everything we hoped for and more, and I’m so grateful this team was available for our wedding. I honestly can’t imagine it without them. Thank you to Abbey, Carla, Jesse, Adrian and the team that it took to run the show. We and our guests and will be recommending you to anybody who needs to plan a wedding!
