Wincentia completely nailed the brief and blew all of us away with her culinary skills, her attention to detail and complete selflessness in creating our dream wedding cake. We’d always wanted a cake that was deceivingly classic yet innovative and new. Winnie had carefully trialled a variety of flavours and achieved a balance so great that all of our guests were wanting more! They had never had this flavour profile before and they were stunned by the fact that it worked so well! Everyone who had a chance to taste it was raving on about it, and those that couldn’t were regretting not grabbing a slice earlier! I would highly recommend only Floraison Cakery as the go-to person to crafting anyone’s wedding cake because of all of the thought and care that she puts into her works of art! Amazing, and no one alike, Floraison is undoubtedly a force within this industry. Thank you endlessly!
