I first met Daniel at my best friend’s wedding where he did a fantastic job as the DJ. So when my partner and I got engaged, Daniel was the first person I booked to do live music, DJ duties and MC the reception for our wedding. I knew we were in safe hands but Daniel smashed it out of the park. He adapted effortlessly when there were late changes to our schedule, sung sensationally over dinner and gave us a reception our guests have raved about. He made sure we were on the dance floor when we needed to be and it was great to have a DJ that had as much fun as the guests themselves! Daniel was an absolute pleasure to work with. He’s incredibly talented and we have him to thank for so many memorable moments from our wedding night. He also made sure we were on the dance floor when we needed to be. We can’t recommend Daniel enough - he’s an absolute pro.

Alison made a wonderfully tasty and visually stunning wedding cake. We tasted cakes from a few wedding cake makers and found Vines Cakes’ to be the most flavourful. Alison was very accommodating to my design references and informed me if an idea of the design was not working so we could make design changes. She was able to work with the florist to have fresh flowers placed upon the cake on the wedding day as well. Since our wedding reception was at an outdoor venue in March, it was warm. Alison kept an eye of the temperature and had the cake stored in a fridge for the catering to bring out later so the icing didn’t melt while waiting to be cut. Alison is a lovely person to deal with and loves what does, and it shows in her cakes.

Annette was a pleasure to work with and provided quality roses and Australian natives on our wedding day. Her communication was quick, cheery and answered all of our questions including providing example photos. Her pricing was also competitive. She informed us when a flower was out of season and gave us options to choose to substitute with. She also can match ribbons for the bouquets. Her bouquets and hanging arrangement for the gazebo was neat, well secured and well arranged. She arrived at our venue early and gave herself plenty of time to deliver the flowers to the groom, myself and set up the ceremony and reception space. I would recommend Annette as your florist.

Joe is an incredibly talented photographer who was an integral part of our recent wedding at the Brookleigh Estate. He and his daughter Naya were a fantastic team. They were punctual, super helpful and captured some very special images we’ll treasure for a lifetime. The best thing about Joe is that he knows how to make even a relatively shy couple like us extremely comfortable. He strikes the perfect balance of giving direction when needed, but otherwise letting things flow naturally. If you want a talented and super friendly photographer for anything, Studio Galea is the way to go.

The Brookleigh Estate is one of the most beautiful wedding venues you could possible ask for. The staff were so organised, attentive and supportive to make everything go to plan. Jacqui and her team are always on their A-game and nothing was a drama. On our wedding day they had everything set up nice and early so we could get decorating. Later in the day when our focus switched to the ceremony itself, Jacqui coordinated all our vendors to perfection and helped with so many of the ‘little jobs’ that made it all click. We recommend the Brookleigh and their team!
