Stella and I could not be happier that we chose The Spanish Paella Company to cater our wedding! From the very beginning, JC and Juan Pedro (who is a Michelin-starred chef from Seville!) were an absolute dream to work with. We wanted something unique and interactive for our guests, and they delivered beyond our wildest expectations. They set up their giant, traditional paella pans and cooked everything completely fresh on-site. It wasn't just dinner; it was a full live-cooking show! The smell of the saffron-infused rice, fresh seafood, and meats cooking outdoors was incredible . We opted for the premium Wagyu & Mushroom paella and the classic Seafood paella, both of which were absolutely delicious and incredibly generous in portion size. The team served our guests straight from the pans with the biggest smiles, which created such a warm, relaxed, and fun vibe. It really felt like an authentic Spanish fiesta. To top it all off, their homemade sangria was a massive hit, and the churros we had for dessert were the perfect sweet finish.
