My dress was perfection, the fit, the colour, everything!! But the true stars are the girls from Miss Gowns, as a plus size bride they made me feel so comfortable and welcome, giving me every option under the sun. Teagan was the one who actually picked out my dress after getting a feel for what I was after. Matched it with a veil, did all my alterations there. So easy to work with and they are all such beautiful people! I cannot stress how wonderful they are, and how beautiful their dresses are.

We originally didnt want a DJ. Jay however talked me into it when we were booking him as our celebrant, and boy are we glad that we did. We had Jay as our celebrant, MC and DJ, We had every body telling us what an amazing job he did and they are all correct. His interactions with the crowd were flawless, and he encouraged us to do 'The Game' which we had no intentions of doing prior to the day, but since he did so well with our ceremony we though why not! and boy are we glad we did, it was hilarious! The music was a great mix, and he had everybody dancing! 20/10!

Jay was incredible. We wanted someone to match our chilled, laid back and nerdy vibes. Jay certainly delivered for us on that front. From day dot he was on board with doing whatever crazy antics we wanted to do for our ceremony, even going as far as to encourage the boys walking in to 'The Imperial March' and including 'Lord of The Rings' quotes into the ceremony. He made us feel comfortable, we were able to have a good laugh and enjoy the most magical day of our lives. I cannot thank Jay enough for being so encouraging and hilarious! I would recommend him to everybody that I could.

Marriage Celebrants

I highly recommend Avalon Castle as they are such a unique venue that cater to so many different visions. They have a wide range of decorations and add ons, allowing for extra room in your budget from not having to get in outside vendors! The food is incredible and delicious, all our guests raved about their dishes and the beauty of the venue. The staff are excellent! We had Andrea as the head lady for our reception and she was nothing short of amazing! Making sure all guests were fed, hydrated and having a good time. My main praise is left for the Coordinator Rhian, from day dot she was fantastic to work with and I feel truly blessed to have had her guidance and help in the lead up to our wedding, we cannot thank her enough.

Matt was nothing short of amazing. From our first meeting together to the actual day he was always professional and so easy going. We wanted someone well within our budget but who was going to produce incredible photos and Matt absolutely delivered on that. We wanted something a little more personalised to us, we wanted photos that looked natural and not staged, we also wanted to throw our own elements in there, as we are MASSIVE nerds, we of course wanted to include light sabers which Matt was more than happy to run with and he got some incredible shots. He made everybody feel extremely comfortable in front of the camera, and was excellent at giving direction. Helped to calm the nerves of both Bride and Groom, and was so easy to have a laugh with. There arent enough words to say how incredible he truly is.
