Alex was exceptional. From our very first conversation, he was warm, helpful, understanding, knowledgeable, and incredibly organised. He made everything so easy in the lead-up to the wedding, always making us feel comfortable and assured. Alex has a great system for working out what sort of music we wanted, and he was always responsive and flexible. He asked all the right questions and was just such a pleasure to deal with. A wedding is such a huge project to organise. I was a little nervous about whether things on the day would run smoothly - but I had complete confidence in Alex and knew everything with the music was in great hands. Also, our venue Gunners Barracks knew him well and kept saying how wonderful he was. On our wedding day, he was perfect. He played the song for my wife’s walk down the aisle at just the right moment and volume. He did the same for the music during our certificate signing and then the recessional. He was super helpful when we needed a second microphone for one of the speeches. And when the party started, he had everyone on the dance floor having the best time. Alex is just amazing. We are so grateful to him.
