Amazing venue, high class support and service the full way through the planning process as well as the wedding day itself. The Hyatt are professional, understanding and there is nothing they won’t do to make your wedding day as special as it can possibly be. Chanelle Kildea the wedding coordinator is an absolute gem and went above and beyond to support us with our wedding reception. We used the Hyatt for centrepieces also and these were amazing lighting up the tables in the grand ballroom. We also used PAV lighting and audiovisual through the Hyatt to personalise our reception and match our theme for our wedding, the assisted with draping, pin spot lighting and our room wash. We were over the moon and couldn’t have imagined our reception being any better!

Ash and Alex are exceptionally talented! They were so responsive and organised during our wedding preparation and calmed any nerves we had about being on camera. On our big day our guests commented how well positioned they both were capturing our day but never “in the way” or overly noticeable which is fantastic to hear. Our final product is exceptional the highlight video captures our big moments and covers the most memorable parts of the day. Our full video is fantastic and we are over the moon we chose Folktales to capture our day- we now have these memories for a lifetime!

Kevin photographed our wedding on the 8th September this year. We could not recommend him highly enough! Professionalism, exceptionally helpful in the lead up to and the wedding day itself, friendly, natural and made the day simply amazing. His assistant Katie was also all of the above and the pair couldn’t have captured our day any better than they did! We received our sneak peek shots the next morning after our wedding which was exceptionally quick and we loved being able to relive the day with photos the first morning waking up as husband and wife. Our final photos which we have just received are unbelievable, high quality and captured everything about our day all the little details and amazing memories from the best day of our lives. We cannot thank Kevin enough for his amazing work- he is very talented and made our day brilliant!
