Staff are very good at customer service. The suite is very fantastic to stay. Very close to the tram station and easy to go around Surfers Paradise. We will come back for staycation. Highly recommended to my friends.

The Events Manager Matthew and his team looked after us very well. They have done very excellent job at setting up our Wedding Ceremony at Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise- The Chapel and Norfolk Ballroom. The canapes after the ceremony and buffet dinner at the reception were very delicious. The guests enjoyed them very much. Highly recommended to Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise.
