From our first time meeting with Mel, 12 months prior to our wedding Mel accommodated all of our wants and needs, especially being a mixed cultured wedding, Mel was able to not only be culturally appropriate, but was able to identify the needs we had, ease our nerves, and overall made our process going into our wedding a memorable experience. Mel's engagement with us over the 12 months put a lot of our stress at ease, with her experience and productivity just made the overall process an easy one, with the both of us being able to focus on the small things. From the time we went and had a enquiry walkthrough of the Parkwood ceremony area, we were sold right there and then. The Parkwood ceremony area provides a beautiful outdoor feel that not many other venues offer in Queensland. Mel & the team were able to create a beautiful stage for us that our wedding guests still talk about to this day. We couldn't be happier at the way our ceremony looked, was decorated and staff offered on our wedding day. Mel, Jemima and team provided us the most amazing wedding day any couple could ask for. Mel & the team took the stress away from us on our wedding day for us to be able to just enjoy our day as Husband and wife. The reception at Parkwood was not only accommodating for our wedding of more than 150 guests, from the detail in decor with the reception room to the food and beverages was the best of the best.
