After a long, gruelling taste testing of ice cream across Melbourne, we had Manuel, Vanilla & Co come and supply ice cream at our wedding, providing the delectable, delicious flavours of burnt butter popcorn, strawberry cheesecake, strawberry and basil and mango. The cart was quaint and cute, and brought a good vibe to the wedding and all our guests came back for seconds! Highly recommend Manuel and the team at Vanilla & Co, they were very accommodating throughout the process and the ice creams are definitely some of the best in Melbourne. Great service with a smile.

What else is there to say that isn’t already conveyed in the photos of the Chalet and the beautiful surrounds. A beautiful, airy venue with fantastic surrounds of the classic Australian bush, along with some trams and playgrounds to keep guests entertained. The team at Wattle Park Chalet were friendly, patient and professional through every step of the process, from the initial meeting, to the planning sessions all the way through to their wonderful serving staff on the night. A beautiful closed off garden area for a ceremony, with enough space for guests to mingle whilst having lawn games out made the time between the ceremony and reception fly by. Food was delicious, from the canapés all the way to the deserts.

Whilst searching high and low for a celebrant one of our friends recommended A Certain Celebration. At our very first meeting Elaine's genuine patience, generous and warm nature made us 100% sure that, out of the multitude of celebrants we had spoken to, Elaine was the perfect one for us. Over the coming weeks and months, Elaine guided us through the development of our ceremony, including the explanation of all the legal requirements, and provided inspiration for little touches to our ceremony that helped create memories that will last a lifetime. Throughout the process Elaine kept a warm, patient watch over our progress, like a gentle Sheppard leading two slightly befuddled sheep, she made sure that we got all our paper work, vows and other bits and pieces in on time. If you’re looking for a celebrant, both my partner and I highly recommend Elaine. Her patience, humour and creativity alleviated a lot of the stress we would have otherwise encountered (Including decorations for the ceremony, where Elaine made some beautiful flower arrangements and gave us free run of using them during ceremony), we feel Elaine went above and beyond in helping us out. She also has a three legged cat which is pretty cool.
