Annette was absolutely incredible! From the very beginning, she made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. Her down-to-earth personality and warm presence created a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere for us and all our guests. Even in the sweltering heat, Annette went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We were particularly touched by how she embraced our unique and heartfelt fireball shot toast in honour of loved ones who had passed. The most heartwarming feedback we received from our guests was how amazing they found Annette. Many asked if she was a friend of ours, which truly speaks to her ability to connect deeply with couples and tell their stories in a way that resonates authentically with their loved ones.
