We cannot recommend Mary enough. She provided a unique and personalised ceremony for my husband and I, helped to calm our nerves and kept frequent communication throughout all of our planning. She has such a wonderful personality and excellent service. You can tell that she has a great passion for what she does!

Hayley immediately asked for a deposit without meeting us first. We saw positive reviews about her so didn't think anything of it. We paid the deposit, signed our contract, posted our documents with certificates to her. She never lodged these and she cut all contact. We tried for weeks to communicate with Hayley with no word. We then had to change urgently find a new celebrant for our wedding. Hayley still has not gotten in touch with us, despite keeping our deposit for services she did not provide. She gave us no notice or reason for her sudden halt in communication. We have been trying since March this year to contact her. Absolute appalling service and against code of conduct. We have launched a formal complaint through to the ACCC and also through the Attorney General. Book at your own risk.
