I wish I could give zero stars, because that’s truly what Hayley deserves. She was a no show at my friends wedding this weekend. Everything was booked and paid in full and after countless phones calls/emails and text messages to see where she was, she didn’t bother responding to any of these. We managed to find another celebrant, who was able to make it to the ceremony at Maximilian’s within 20 minutes. Everything had to be pushed back which resulted in the day being shorter for our bride and groom to celebrate and enjoy their day. It then meant they lost more money for things being shifted around. She makes up lies and excuses and seems to keep getting away with these things. Please do not book with her. She will take your money and you will never hear from her again. A formal complaint will be made against her.
