I recently had my wedding at the Mercure in which we booked the bridal suite and several apartments for our bridal party for two nights. The rooms were all very spacious and beds super comfortable and the bridal suite was just superb. From the beautiful outlook of the pool and garden area, to the huge bathroom with spa bath. It far exceeded our expectations. The team in reservations were amazing and helpful and assisted us prior and during our stay. The ceremony held onsite was perfect with the gorgeous courtyard garden area and natural greenery. The large reception space and balcony area accommodated our wedding party of 100 easily and everyone complemented the layout and facilities. The buffet for dinner was incredible and the staff who served at the buffet and bar were kind and helpful. During the wedding, we were checked in on by Katrina and the team to ensure everything was to our satisfaction and their service was of the highest quality. Breakfast in the restaurant both days was delicious and the staff ensured we were able to enjoy a meal from the bridal suite whilst getting ready and even went so far as to deliver us barista coffee and champagne later in the day whilst we prepared for the event. All our wedding guests whom also stayed also expressed their satisfaction in the customer service during their stay. A big shout out to Leo, Katrina and Holly in making our special day possible and the entire team at the Mercure for all their help. We are over the moon!

Jackie recently conducted our wedding ceremony in Gerringong and was fantastic. From the first initial communications and up until the day, Jackie's professionalism, warmth and exceptional service eased any nerves and anxiety on the day. Our son Myles adored Jackie and Jackie was able to take our requests in mind and help create a magical ceremony. Jackie also assisted with our vow writing and curated a ceremony with additional moments important to us. All our family and friends are still raving about the event and we are just so grateful for all that the day was and the memories we will have for a life time. Thank you Jackie, you are amazing!
