The experience of having Len as our wedding videographer has been exceptional from the get-go - the initial meeting and preparation to the wedding day and additional shooting and meetings for editing. We have felt extremely well looked after and comfortable throughout. Not to mention the very high standard of professionalism he has shown during this time. And yet just a great guy to hang out with. There was some additional filming and editing necessary for which Len did not charge us anything extra. I believe in having somebody over to do a job we have now gained a new friend. Thank you Len and Sue for your hospitality. We are very happy customers as Len has captured the essence of the both of us in the video and we will be able to enjoy the celebrations with people especially those who couldn't make it, including our future generations .

Steve was our wedding photographer but he really went beyond and above. During the wedding, he didn’t just take photos, but also offered us to drive us around in his own awesome looking car without charging us anything extra! Now how great is that?!Also Steve took on the role of a chaperone/manager, taking us to fantastic shooting locations, and making sure that we were at the different locations and reception on time. But most of all, having Steve around added to our wedding experience. It was a great day, and we have some of the most beautiful photos to remember that day by. Also after the wedding, the follow- up meetings to edit, design and compile the photo book were pleasant and enjoyable given that he is a great communicator and flexible and ready to oblige with our wishes. We cannot recommend Gainsborough Studio highly enough to everybody.
