Roseanne took all of the stress out of the logistical side of the ceremony, we met 3 times prior to sort out our style of vows etc, then she performed an amazing and simplified ceremony, exactly how we wished.

Wow, these guys are fantastic. I was given their name from out local TAFE as they have used them, and the hospitality people there, they gave them rave revues. From my initial email enquiry and subsequent phone conversation prior to our wedding, Carol and Clancy put my mind at ease. The wedding was at a private residence, and Wayne, our chef for the occasion, made time to come and see us 2 days prior, to look at the logistics, and then as planned, turned up on time with wait staff who gave polish to our day by being so friendly and still formal. Wayne's creations were to die for, his different plates that were delivered were so tasty, all of our guests remarked on how good it was, and who were the caterers.my new brother in law cancelled his sons wedding caterers, and is now looking at Clancy's due to the food and service quality. We had plenty of food, and were left with assembled platters for later in the evening, a nice touch. Thanks Guys, magnificent.
