Though we haven't yet received the final images, we have much to commend about our experience with Robert, our wedding photographer. His punctuality stood out from the beginning, setting a professional tone for the day. He radiated passion throughout the event, evident in his diligent and enthusiastic approach to capturing the best shots. What particularly stood out was his post-event photo shoot. Despite the long day, Robert's energy remained high, and his creative flair was on full display. We're excited to see the final photos, and based on our experience thus far, we have high expectations. We will update this review once we've seen the final product, but as of now, we highly recommend Robert for his dedication and infectious passion for photography.

The venue was beautiful and the location convenient. We appreciated having our ceremony on-site, a true testament to its versatility. The restaurant was top-notch, and the venue manager stood out with his friendly demeanor and proactive assistance. However, our experience with the event planning team was less than ideal. Over three months, we interacted with three different planners. Each transition meant revisiting details we'd previously settled, which proved time-consuming and frustrating. Communication between the venue and our external suppliers was also challenging, causing some unnecessary complications. Despite offering constructive feedback post-event, the response felt dismissive, leaving us feeling unheard. While the venue itself is a gem, the inconsistent event planning service impacted our overall experience. We hope they consider these points and make improvements for future clients.
