I would highly recommend Rebecca to absolutely anyone planning a wedding! We booked her as our on-the-day coordinator, and from the first video call I knew she would be super helpful for our wedding team. Even before the wedding day she helped she helped us finalise our timeline, became the main point of contact for us and our vendors, and she also gave us helpful suggestions to help with the flow of the day and make sure we would get photos with everyone without feeling rushed. On the day itself she was instrumental in making sure everything ran smoothly and on time (especially as we moved between locations), helped set up the reception venue and make sure it aligned with our vision, even picked up our cake, greeted our guests at each of our venues, and jumped in to save the day during our reception when our MCs got a bit lost in the schedule! My bridesmaids and MCs were telling me during and after the day how helpful she was and took the pressure off of them as well so they could relax and enjoy the day.
