We recently had our wedding at the Victoria Hotel in Woodend, and it was truly everything we hoped for and more. From our very first visit, we knew it was the perfect place — full of charm, warmth, and that relaxed country atmosphere we were looking for. The team at the Victoria Hotel handled absolutely everything, and did it all with such professionalism, care, and genuine kindness. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but they made the whole process feel effortless. From coordinating the day’s schedule to helping with decorations, setup, and all the little behind-the-scenes details — they were incredible. Nothing was too much trouble. The venue itself is gorgeous — cosy yet elegant, full of character, and surrounded by the beautiful Macedon Ranges. It created such a special, intimate feel that our guests are still talking about. And the food — wow. It was absolutely delicious. Every dish was beautifully presented, full of flavour, and featured quality local ingredients. Our guests were raving about the meals and the excellent drinks selection as well. What we appreciated most was how relaxed and looked-after we felt on the day. Thanks to the amazing staff, we were able to just enjoy the moment with each other and our loved ones, knowing everything was in good hands. We can’t thank the team at the Victoria Hotel enough for giving us such a memorable, joy-filled day.
