Dan and his team are the best! We were so so happy with the meal and the service they provided, and received so many compliments on it. The food was creative, delicious and ethically produced. It was easy to cater for those with dietary requirements and to deal with Slow Beans and Bones before and during the event. We were really happy with the venue. We wanted a rustic wedding that we could bring in our catering and make it what we wanted. While the ACT gov are not the easiest to communicate with, the process worked out smoothly and we received most of the information we needed. The shed fitted our needs perfectly, with the outside area working really well at sunset for drinks and nibbles. We held the ceremony outside too and were really happy it.
