Purchased during a sale, so the experience felt a bit rushed. There was a small miscommunication about collection, which was stressful as the staff didn’t fully understand the challenges of living remotely. However, the dress itself was absolutely beautiful, and the seamstress I was referred to was incredibly helpful, making the final fitting process much smoother.

Had a great experience! Easy to deal with, super flexible with catch-up times, and made everything fun and stress-free. The ceremony was quick but still meaningful. Highly recommend!
