From the very beginning, Nayzel was so responsive and attentive — every message was answered quickly and thoughtfully, and we always felt completely looked after. On the day, the team were calm, warm, and deeply observant even as small things went slightly sideways in the morning. They noticed the small, meaningful moments just as much as the big ones, and captured everything with such care and intention. They photographed our tea ceremony at my parents’ home and our wedding at Montsalvat, and handled both settings beautifully. The cultural moments, the emotion, the architecture, the light — every detail was considered. So many of our guests commented on how lovely the photographers were and how seamlessly they blended into the day while still being everywhere they needed to be. He was professional, warm, and incredibly easy to trust—something that matters more than you realise on a wedding day. We felt completely at ease, and that shows in the photos. We cannot overstate how we absolutely loved Nayzel and Thankam, and my bridesmaids said she was an absolute gem.
