Sam took everything I wanted in a wedding cake and made it more. I was so impressed with how our cake looked and even more how it tasted considering Sam tailored it to be completely gluten free to accomodate with my coeliac requirements. Can't wait for our next event to get another cake from Sam!

We had Tim Harding from EAO for our music after we had to reschedule due to covid and our original musician couldnt attend. Tim learnt 2 songs for us to use for walking down the isle and first dance. His voice was incredible and we received many compliments on the music. He played acoustically for the ceremony, canapes and during dinner with some more upbeat music for us to dance to at the end of the night. I would 100% book tim again for another function

We had our wedding at saltwater and only have wonderful things to say, and believe everyone should book there if they want the best wedding experience. After having our wedding at another venue cancelled due to covid, Katie the wedding coordinator went above and beyond to help us replan our wedding in 3-4 months. She made the process so much easier then the previous venue providing us with super helpful checklist and run sheet taking away so much of planning stress. Katie was so easy to get a hold of and answered all of our questions promptly. She helped coordinate with chef to ensure all food was safely prepared to account for myself and guests food allergies. On the day Dave and Kylie (owners) were wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best day. They coordinated with our suppliers on the day so we didn’t have
