We were genuinely looking forward to this tour, but the experience was both disappointing and frustrating. From the outset, communication was poor. Despite us organising and booking all the wineries ourselves, we had to follow up with Jason on few occasions to confirm details — something we shouldn’t have had to manage. On the day of the tour, our group was left waiting well past the agreed pick-up time. When we called, Jason informed us he had mistakenly scheduled the booking for the following week. This is despite an email I had sent five days prior, clearly confirming our hire and requesting details for final payment. Jason offered to try and find another driver within the hour, though this was not guaranteed. Given that we had confirmed bookings at multiple wineries and a lunch reservation, we had no choice but to cancel. We requested and received a full refund. This level of disorganisation was unacceptable, particularly given that the booking had been made three months in advance and the date and time had been clearly communicated in multiple emails. We expected a much higher standard of professionalism.
