I live in Western QLD so I had to book a video call consultation which I was a little worried about, but the team was so professional and helpful. I received updates when my wedding bouquets were being created - asking if I wanted to make any changes. My flowers were sent 2 weeks before my wedding in a secure box. Perfect service and product.
