We got married last year, and Katsu proved to be one of my favourite people that we worked with. We chose to go big and had him for 12 hours in his Complete Package. Katsu kindly allowed us to split our 12 hours over our four wedding events, so we had the pleasure of working with him on multiple occasions. Katsu is an amazing communicator. He always replies promptly, thoroughly and cheerfully. He also generously arranged an in person consultation before we booked, where he explained his processes and showed us sample albums. It was a great opportunity to meet him before the big day. He was open, friendly and knowledgeable. On each event, Katsu was relaxed and organised. His optimism and humour put everyone at ease and his help with posing was invaluable. Katsu managed to be invisible when capturing candids, but also efficiently and effectively rallied people for group photos. His professionalism was even more apparent in his dealings with our external videographers. He worked very well with and around them. We appreciated his bright demeanour and calmness at each event. Thank you for your patience, Katsu! Katsu was also very quick to return our photos- he delivered over 1500 photos in under a month. The photos were all beautifully composed and edited. All of the important moments were captured in posed and candid photos. We loved how natural all of the photos looked. We were very lucky to have Katsu at our wedding and would book him again in a heartbeat. Thank you very much, Katsu!
