At very short notice Alyssa created a wedding cake for my son and daughter in law's wedding. Added to the short notice was that I wanted one tier of the cake to be Vegan and the other tier to be Red Velvet. From start to finish Alyssa couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing was a problem - she liaised with the florist and picked up the flowers to add to the cake and then delivered the cake to the venue. The cake itself was delicious - particular the vanilla vegan tier which even the non-vegan guests enjoyed. I can't thank Alyssa enough for her help and am more than happy to recommend her.
