Tracey was amazing from the very first phone call I made right through to the bid day itself, she made us feel totally at ease and fully supported, she was available via text, email or phone for both myself and husband through the whole process. Tracey is a true professional, she listened to everything we did and didn't want and our ceremony on the day went off without a hitch.
