I hired our ceremony equipment from Event Perfection, an arbour, chairs and table chair setting for signing and they DIDN'T SHOW UP! My husband arrived for our wedding to find a very confused celebrant and musician trying to find the ceremony set up that they had been told about. Guests started arriving and it was chaos as nobody could get a hold of Lynda the owner of event perfection. She ruined my wedding and I would never recommend her to anyone, to make matters worse when we made contact with her the following day she didn’t even have a good excuse, she just said her staff didn’t show up. I was very disappointing.

We held our wedding reception at South Beach in March 2023 and could not be happier. The venue location is amazing, directly opposite Mount Martha beach, it’s is great for a casual beach vibe but can also work for a more classy wedding. We had a cocktail style wedding with the addition of paella and a grazing table, the food was outstanding, the service was wonderful and the events planner Louise Cranwell was incredible. She was easy to deal with, very accomodating, and truly went above and beyond when our ceremony plans fell apart at the very last minute (nothing to do with South Beach or Louise) Louise sprung into action and put together a last minute ceremony set up for us, this was well and truly above and beyond her role but she did it out of the goodness of her heart, we will be forever grateful.
