A really lovely venue, and it was great that we were able to have the ceremony and reception at the same place! National Trust were quite strict about the time frames for the ceremony booking, but the fees were not too expensive, and generally the wedding ceremony was coordinated well. Lucy was also very friendly and helpful!

The reception at Rippon Lea was generally coordinated well, and the food was great! However it was tricky with the event coordinator being changed 3 times between the time of the booking and the wedding, and as a result some minor instructions were not passed onto the relevant staff. We would have also preferred a bit more transparency upfront about the potential costs - some things we found out several months after we had confirmed the booking.
