As a gluten free and dairy free girlie with a vegan husband, The Mess was beyond our wildest dreams for a wedding cake. Rhi was so communicative and passionate about designing a cake that I loved and saw my vision and the final cake tasted incredible. You don’t often get a gluten free vegan cake to that quality, it was unreal. Overall great experience!!
