From the moment of first contacting Josie 6 postponements ago to now - 2 days post wedding - she was nothing short of wonderful. Josie was flexible and kind and very easy to communicate with. She was also very helpful with her advice on design and style, as I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted. The cake itself was stunning and beautifully decorated with fresh blooms and macarons, and it tasted absolutely delicious. Even though I never physically met Josie, I could tell that she really cared about us and our day. During the 6 postponements the wedding plans changed every time and Josie was more than happy to accomodate the new venue/date/location.
